Bob Westbrook Productions - Karaoke & Accompaniment Tapes

All Tapes and CD's are guaranteed to be free from defect or damage for up to 1 week upon being received. Any defective merchandise will be exchanged for a good copy of the same item. No other returns will be accepted due to the availability of duplicating equipment.

The customer will be responsible for obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any CD's or Tapes back. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from Bob Westbrook Productions. If the sales staff determines that the item is defective then a replacement will be sent back to the customer at no charge for shipping. If a return is received without authorization it will not be returned to the customer.

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

Incorrect time lengths
Background vocals discrepancies
Wrong Keys or Key changes

If you would like to preview a song or have other general questions before purchasing you may call us at (901)-755-2042 between 10am-2pm CDT M-F. The songs available for preview begin with the following catalog numbers PR, ND, or B. Some tracks beginning with the catalog number OM are available as well. Older numbers in the catalog may not be available due to the demos no longer being available.
